Current Volunteer Opportunities

1.  Serve on Sundays in the Upcounty Kids Ministry.

2.  Serve on the Sunday Guest Services Team and serve coffee and light snacks, or help people get connected to   what's going on at Upcounty Church.

3.  Serve by helping to do set up or take down on Sunday mornings on the Make It Happen Team.

4.  Serve on the Guest Services Team and help greet new people.

5.  Serve on the Creative Team that oversees the programming for Sunday mornings.

The Children's Ministry Team 

The Children’s Ministry Team oversees the Upcounty Kids Ministry on Sunday mornings at the Regal Theater.  It includes children from newborn to fifth grade.  

Our volunteers share the message of Jesus Christ with children in a fun, energetic and creative environment.  If you have a heart for children and enjoy being part of helping them grow spiritually, we encourage you to explore being part of the ministry.  We do ask that any potential volunteer complete the Children's Ministry Application first.  Please contact us and we will let you know about specific serving positions on Sunday mornings.

The Student Ministry Team

The Student Ministry Team will oversee ministry to middle school and high school students.  In the future, our vision for this ministry is to create a large group student gathering on Sunday mornings at the Regal Theater.  The large group gathering will be a fun, interactive time where students connect with each other and experience a large group worship time.  Then during the week there will be student small groups and other events or activities for students. 

The Guest Services Team

Our Guest Services volunteers welcome people as they arrive each Sunday morning and serve them as needed. The Guest Services Team seeks to ensure that there is a guest-friendly atmosphere on Sunday mornings from the parking lot to the theater.  The Guest Services ministry consists of Parkers, Greeters, Ushers, Guest Services Center volunteers and Hospitality volunteers.  

The Creative Team

The Creative Team will oversee the Sunday service programming, media and visual programming, worship and creative arts.  We're looking for musicians and other creative people to help on Sunday mornings.  

The Make It Happen Team

The Make It Happen Team oversees the set up and take down needs on Sunday mornings.  It's a great starting place to get more involved in the church.  

The Upcounty Life Team

We want to create opportunities for people to connect socially and network with others in our community - and beyond.  That's what Upcounty Life is all about.  If you want to get involved in planning socials, retreats, conferences and spiritual clasess or sessions, please contact us.

The Spiritual Life Sessions Team 

The Spiritual Life Sessions Team will be a group of volunteers that will help to put on the Spiritual Life Sessions under Grow.
